A decent manga it's ending was forced to be quick though.
Objectionable Content:
A couple crude remarks.
Cross-Dressing
Plot:
Megumi is a descendant of Kuronekomaru, a famous thief who stole an heirloom from a samurai s mansion. When he opened the scroll, the familys guardian dragon appeared and cursed Kuronekomaru and his descendants: his family is destined to serve Kougami s family for one hundred generations. Megumi is living the high life, since the last of the Kougamis vanished two years ago. However, when Suzuka-the current generation of the Kougamis-returns home, Megumi has built up no resistance to the curse, so he is forced to serve her with a slave-like obedience.

Plot:
Coud is a young sky pirate who discovered a girl with mysterious powers on what had seemed like a routine mission. Ren has the ability to lend Coud bizarre fighting capabilities (his arm turns into a giant blade of some sort), being part of a race of beings called Edel Reid, but being the possessor of a stone called the Erementar Gerad, she has powers even beyond the norm.
Objectionable Content:
The main girl is very immodest at on point like in Fruits Basket.

Tripeace
Age Rating: 13+ or 16+
My Age Rating: 15+ (Be careful while reading it so you can skip immodesty which appears once or twice)
My Rating: 9/10
This is my absolute favorite manga ever! I've only read the eighteen chapters that are out but it's hilarious and awesome!! I definitely recommend it!
Objectionable Content:
A guy has to cross-dress frequently (Just so the enemy didn't recognize him and because a girl looked up to his female self and made her on her team.)
Immodesty is in like two pages
The heroes are against war (Wars that are started out of greed is what they are against)
Plot:
Nana, a young boy suffering from extreme amnesia, has forgotten his real name. After helplessly witnessing the unjust death of three children during one of his trips, he vows to eradicate all wars of the surface of the earth. He then joined Tripeace, a small group of activists whose members use all kinds of weapons and will stop at nothing, not even the violence, bring peace to the world. But soon, the new registration number 102,078 of Tripeace is faced with a dilemma: can we protect the peace at any price?
Pandora Hearts
Age Rating: 16+
My Age Rating 15+
My Rating: 8/10
This manga is another great Alice in Wonderland based manga. The characters are incredibly likeable and the story is good too!
I rate it 15+ because there are a few /really/ dark parts and the atmosphere is generally slightly dark along with not graphic but people lose their heads.
Plot:
Oz Bezarius, heir to one of the duke houses, has just turned fifteen. His life is rich and carefree, darkened only by the constant absence of his father. At his coming-of-age ceremony, however, everything changes. For no reason that he can discern, he is cast into the prison known as the Abyss, only to be saved by a chain known as Alice, the bloodstained black rabbit. Why was he cast into Abyss, how does Alice factor into it all, and what does the organization known as Pandora want with him...?
Alice in the Country of Hearts
Age Rating: 16+
My Age Rating: 10+
My Rating: 7.5/10
This is an awesome manga with a nice twist on Alice in Wonderland/Through the Looking Glass. I love Alice in Wonderland so this was just an incredibly enjoyable manga for me.
The only reason it's 10+ is because there's guns, kids talk about wanting to stab a girl out of love, mafia and mild blood.
Plot:
In this story, Alice is not all what she seems. She is practical, strong, yet darkly cynical. Instead of the traditional story, Alice is kidnapped unwillingly by a mysterious (yet somewhat bishie-looking) man with bunny ears into a place called Heartland. Stuck in Heartland due to a trick by the mysterious bunny eared man, she meets the residents of this world. Along the way, Alice meets Blood, handsome mafia leader; Ace, the psycho yet charming knight and more…What should Alice do in such a world!?
Fruits Basket
Age Rating: 13+
My Age Rating: 16+ (There are scenes where just hair is covering thin sections of women's chests. There is also mild suggestive themes.)
My Rating 7/10
This manga is a good manga however if you stop too long it'll become hard to start back up.
You skip Fruits Basket:
Book 11, page 21&22, chapter 61.
Book 14, page 20, chapter 78.
Book 17, page 29, chapter 97.
Book 17, chapter 97, page 28
Book 17, chapter 101, page 19, 22, 27
Book 18, chapter 105, page 22
Book 20, chapter 115, page 3
Book 21, chapter 123, page 12
Book 22, chapter 12, page 13
I lower my Age Rating to 10+
Plot:
The enigmatic Sohma family shares a great secret, its members are possessed by spirits (Not actually possessed, they just turn into those forms.) of the Chinese Zodiac, and when they are hugged by members of the opposite sex, they transform into their Zodiac animal! Tohru Honda, an orphaned high school freshman, is given lodging in the Sohma household in exchange for taking care of household chores. The humble Tohru is quite grateful for the Sohma family's generosity, and the longer she stays with them, the more they realize what a blessing she is in their lives, as well.
Black Cat
Age Rating: 16+
My Age Rating 16+ (One scene Rinslet's butt show's while showering, another two guys' clothes were incinerated and two cats censor out frontal nudity along with a couple other scenes like that.)
My Rating: 8.5/10
This is another amazing manga, the characters are enjoyable and the story is produced really well.
If you skip Black Cat:
Chapter 85 page 10
Chapter 94 page 1
Chapter 109 page 12
Chapter 121 page 1
Chapter 148 pages 11, 12
Chapter 153 page 4
Chapter 154 page 4
then I lower my age rating to 13+.
Plot:
Train Heartnet, also known as "Black Cat" was an infamous assassin for a secret organization called Chronos...until he abandoned that cold-blooded existence to live on his own terms as an easygoing bounty hunter. But is Train's past as far behind him as he thinks?
Bleach
Age Rating: 13+
My Age Rating: 15+ (Be careful of the cat...)
My Rating: 8.5/10
Bleach is an amazing manga, full the perfect amount of action and comedy. Be careful of scenes with Yoruichi, Rangiku and Kon though. Lots of ecchi at once but not all throughout. Despite the synopsis in actuality it has almost nothing occult in it. Also, Hollows after the first season cease to be in the story for the most part.
Plot:
High school student Kurosaki Ichigo is unlike any ordinary kid. Why? Because he can see ghosts. Ever since a young age, he's been able to see spirits from the afterlife. Ichigo's life completely changes one day when he and his two sisters are attacked by an evil, hungry and tormented spirit known as a Hollow. Right in the nick of time, Ichigo and his siblings are aided by a Shinigami (Japanese version of a Valkyrie) named Kuchiki Rukia, whose responsibility it is to send good spirits (Pluses) to the afterlife known as Soul Society, and to purify Hollows and send them up to Soul Society. But during the fight against the Hollow, Rukia is injured and must transfer her powers to Ichigo. With this newly acquired power, so begins Kurosaki Ichigo's training and duty as a Shinigami to maintain the balance between the world of the living and the world of the dead...
Soul Eater
Rating: 16+
My Rating: 16+ plus be careful of Blair.
This manga's really good however I suggest You watch the show up 'til episode 13 about. That way you can skip the first five chapters with Ecchi Blair. Can't exactly explain the plot to you without spoilers though.
Code Geass
Age Rating: 13+
What I think it should be: 10+
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion is an interesting manga. It's very good but I suggest you watch the anime instead. The anime in my opinion is much better. They also, completely take out Knightmare Frames. One of the best psychological anime out there!
Plot:
After the invasion of Japan by the Brittannian Empire, the country is renamed to "Area 11". The young Lelouch, a Brittannian student living in Japan, accidentally gets caught up in a local terrorist attack against Brittannia, reuniting with his childhood friend Suzaku as well as meeting the mysterious girl C.C. Cornered in a life and death situation, Lelouch accepts a power C.C. offers to him, the ability to order anyone to do anything. Harboring a thirst for revenge against the Brittanian Empire for their actions against his family, Lelouch wages war against the Empire. Using his newfound power and tactical ability, Lelouch goes under the alias Zero in attempts to fulfill his childhood vow, to destroy Brittannia!
